Located adjacent to the Flamingo Hilton, O'Sheas is scheduled to open in the summer of 1989 and will feature more than 650 reel slot, black jack and poker machines: 19 tables games; keno, and a sports book. O'Sheas will increase Hilton's Strip casino space by 30. In addition to gaming facilities, O'Sheas will offer a lounge with state-of-the-art electronic entertainment and specialty Irish coffee, a snack bar and an Irish-themed coffee shop and buffet restaurant. "The casino is designed to capture a greater share of the highly concentrated middle-income segment of the casino market on the Strip," said Jack Burkam, senior vice president and general manager of O'Sheas.
