Printing Worl done at this Office in the neateft Manner, with Care and AS I defign to remove from this Colony as foon as 1 can fettle my Affairs, I would Tell the following Trails ot Land in Orange County, w'z. 7 One Thoufand two Hundred and forty five Acres lying on the main Road, 31 Miles above Frederickjburg, and 14 Miles' below Orange Court, well known to be convenient for a Public Houfe, and for which Purpofe a good Set of new Houfes has been lately built.

Another Traft near the (aid Place, containing 406 Acres, with a (mall Plantation thereon, on which is a Quantity of Meadow Land to be reclaimed j. both Places command a fine Range for Stock, inferior to none in the Colony. A third Trail of 340 Acres, within two Miles of Orange Courthoufe, exceedingly valuable forTo bacco Wheat, or Indian Corn. For Terms apply to the Subfcriber, at the Place firft mentioned. Frediricksburc, March 15, 1775. THE Subfcriber having Bulinefs to fettle in Annapolis (Maryland) very Ihortly, gives this Notice to all his Cuftomers, refuelling them to take away their Work; and thofe indebted to him to come and fettle their Accounts, which will greatly oblige their molt humble Servant, JOHN LAMPE, Watchmaker. 0 The faid Lampe has an Affortment of JEWELLERY to difpofe of for ready Money. OS CAR STANDS at my Houfe near Peterburg, and will cover Mares from this Time till the End of the Seafon, at a Piftole the tingle Leap, the Money to be paid down, and three Piftoles the Scafon, payable in He is a Horfe of great Size and Activity, a fin? Sorrel, and in high Order. He was got by young Snip, his Dam by Lord Morton't Arabian, his Grandam by old Crab, his Great Grandam by the Bald Galloway, his Great Great Grandam by Darlefi Arabian, out of Bay Bolton's Dam.

The Inclinations of thf Purchafert will be ffonfulted in the Divifion of the Land into Lots, mould that be I required. There is a Mill on Fine Creek, and other aeceflary I Buildings on the Premifcs.

The Improvements I are very good, an extraordinary good Dwelling Houfe 28 by I with a good Brick Chimney; a Kitchen 10 by 16, with a Brick I Chimney; a new Barn 14 by 14, and a Shed along fide; a To bacco Houfe 3a by ao, with a Shed likewife, and all other conve aiient Houfes, too tedious to mention; befides a good Apple and Peach Orchard, and about 50 or 60 Acres of frem Land cleared, and a great Deal of, good Corn Land, open, and under a good Fence.

Alfo a Traft of 300 Acres joining the aforefaid, with I about 70 or 80 Acres of cleared Land, no Part of which has been cleared longer thaji four Years, and lies in fine Order for Crop Dins with a fine Piece of eood low Ground of 1 or 10 Acres. cleared this Winter for a Meadow. It has on it a very good Tobacco Houfe 40 by 10, and a very convenient Place for a Saw or Grift Mill, and a great Plenty of good Pine Timber. A more particular efcription will be unnecefiary, as it is prefumed that any Perfon inclinable to purchafe will view the Premifes or, if thev chodle it, may purchale at private bale. The Gentlemen of the Turf are well acquainted with Dotterel's Performances in Great Britain, and that he was eitcemed the fwifteft Horfe in England (Eclipfe excepted.) He is remarkable lure for getting Colts, and they are uncommonly beautiful and fit for the Turf or Road. The above mentioned Pedigree may be feen, and the crms of Sale made known to any Perfon inclined to purchafe, by applying to the Steward at Stratford, the Seat of the fate Hon.

George Noble, who was then at Doctor George Alexander's, in Fairfax County, Virginia, and the Fellow was feen there the fame Night he went away, which was the 5 th of November laft. THE Subfcriber being fenfible that many Pieces of bad Work have lately been done in his Shop, occafioned by the CarelelTnefs of Journeymen, thinks necefTary to inform the Public that he is determined, for the future, to fuffer no Work to be carried from his Shop but what mall have been done with his own Hands. He has had a Number of Hands employed for fome Time in getting a Parcel of the beft Timber in this Part of the Colony. Every Perfon, therefore, who mall favour him with their Commands for Riding Chairs, Harnefs, together with my grateful Acknowledgments, may depend on having them executed in fuch a Manner as (hall leave them no Room for Complaint. RUN away from the Subfcriber on Saturday the 14th of January laft, PETER, a Virginia born Negro Man, about 33 Years of Age, of a middle Size, well made, and very aftive. His Clothing is fuch as common lt.bouring Negroes generally wear, but very probably may change his Drefs, as he has many other Clothes which were conveyed, fome Time before he ran away, to a Plantation belonging to the Eftate of Col. Bowler Cocke, deceafed, nefer Cumberland Courthoufe, by a Negro Woman whom he has had fome Years fcs a and I he is either harboured in that Neighbourhood' or in Lancafter or Northumberland, where he lived many Years ago. Whoever delivers him to me mall receive a Reward of 4.0 s. befides what the Law allows but I would advife whoever takes him up to fecure him wen, otnerwne ne win maxe nis icape, as ne is a very arum cunning Fellow.

It is probable he may have procured himfelf a Pafs, and endeavour to pafs for a Freeman. I forewarn all Per fons from harbouring him, or carrying him out of the Colony, at their Peril. (4.) JOHN HALES. CTRAYED from the Subfcriber, in Blandford, oiAheth Inftant (March) a dark bay Mare, 7 or 8 Years old, about 14. Hands high, with a hanging Mane and Switch Tail, cat hamm'd, paces naturally, has fome Saddle Spots on the near Side, and branded WK, or VVR, on the near Shoulder and Buttock.

Alfo a fmall forrel FILLY went away with her, two Years old this Spring, had li Snip on the right Nollril, but neither docked nor branded. They were feen on Roiuanty, and are imagined to have gone towards Walker Mill, on Notttnucv, or Hicis Ford, on Meberriit. Whoever wilLbring. tljc.faid.
