Andrew Miller, I attended him while he fearched every Delk, Scrutoire, Prefs, and Box, in Mr. Milner' Houfe, and examined every Paper and Pocket Book where it was likely any Money might be having heard that Mr. Milntr had, not long before his Ueatn, Dtui nvonunuicu rvunusujr mm, gitai faid, as Gold. But no Paper Money was found, except two Parcels of Carolina Proc little more than forty Pounds, which it feems he had received on Account cf fome of his Clients not one Shilling Virginia Cur lency. Miller has faid to be true; but that Gentleman reeds not any 'i eftirhony of mine to the Truth of what he fays, he being of undoubted Veracity and Integrity as was, alfo, Mr. MUner. RU away from the Subfcriber, near two Years ago, a likely Negro Man named about five Feet nine or ten Inches high, between twenty five and thirty Yeais of Age, fquints much, is an African by Birth, and fpeaks bad Englijb. He is fuppofed to be lurking about Mattox" Warchoufe in the Northern Neck, where he formerly lived with Mr. Archibald Bryct, or Hcbb Hole, in Effex. Whoever delivers him to me fhall have TWENTY POUNDS Reward, and TEN POUNDS for committing him to any Jail within this Colony, fo that I get him again. JOHN BOLLING.

CTRAYED, or STOLEN, from Rojlin, near Pokabuntas, in Chejlerfeld County, on the 2d of Ntvember laft, two WORK HORSES, one of them a large light Gray, about four Feet ten or eleven Inches high, a natural Pacer, but do not recollect whether he had any Brand the other is a middle fized dark Roan, branded on the near Shoulder TR in a Piece, and may he known by a remai kable Wart on his Breaft. They had both hanging Manes, the Gray a Switch, and the Roan a pretty long Bob Tail. COMMITTED, to the publick Jail, from Orange County, a Negro Man named JEFFREY, five Feu fix Inches high, about twenty two Years old, pretty black, has a pleafant Countenance, is bow legged, and fuch a Stranger to EngliJJj that he cannot give any Account of either his Owner or the Place irom whence he came.

It is needlefs to defcribe his Drefs, as that has undergone many Changes in the County from whence he was brought. The Owner is delired to apply for him, and pay Charges. (6) PETER PELHAM. A KEN up, in Amherft, a STEER of a JL pale cploured Red, with a fmall Piece taken off the upper Part of the End of the right Ear. Ported, arid appraifed to three Pounds ten Shillings.

Fifthly, FLORA, a Companion to the above Sixthly, a very fine FRUIT PIECE.
