WASHINGTON, D. C. With the opening of Paul Menn's "Club Afrique" the near famine which has had D. C. ites hungry for a new night on the town spot will be greatly relieved.

In order to provide an atmosphere of elegant comfort, Menn imported one of the nation's foremost interior decorators. "Club Afrique" will be more than a show place, however. Menn, who formerly owned the Bengasi Club, has booked a long line of top entertainers into his bistro. Opening February 24 with Johnny Hodges and bis orchestra and the Three of Us Trio, "Club Afrique's" standard of entertain ment starts on a high note.
