The tract contains nigh 500 acres, above 300 of which are rich low grounds, the remainder gopd high land, well wooded and watered. The low grounds lie chiefly on the river (which bends almoft round the plantation) and in man places they are nigh a quarter of a ttile wide about 50 acres of them are cleared, and a little of the high land.
