Multimillion-dollar producer Suzanne Miller, of Fred Sands Realtors Beverly Hills office, was recently congratulated by Julian Pregulman, vice president and sales manager, for her exceptional sales performance of more than $3.5 million in residential properties during her first eight months in real estate. Jerry Jolton, a sales associate with Merrill Lynch Realty's Beverly Hills office, was recently congratulated by manager Nathan Vo-gel for putting more than $4 million in escrow during December. Jolton is a member of Merrill Lynch Realty's Blue Diamond Club. In 1985, he was recognized as Merrill Lynch Realty's "Rookie of the selling in excess of $1 million in his first six months in real estate.

Last year he was among 35 invitees nationwide at a Leadership Development Course. Paul Chang has been named Lister of the Month for December at the SunsetHollywood Hills office of Bruce George Associates. Chang, who has been in real estate for more than 10 years, has had his own real estate firm. Prior to that, he was with one of the major chains. Paul specializes in investment properties.

Joanne Lindsay and Franklin Farinas, project sales team in Jon Douglas Brentwood office, have listed a major condominium development at 439 N. Doheny Drive in Beverly Hills. The new project consists of 21 single-level, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Fred Sands, founder and president of Fred Sands Realtors, recently congratulated Gregg Pawl-ik, vice president and sales manager of the Fred Sands Pacific Palisades and Palisades Highlands offices, for a 51 increase in sales for the sixth-month period ending Nov. 1, 1987.

During this period in two of the months, April and August, the combined production totals topped $45 million. Dana White, Merrill Lynch Realty's vice president of marketing, recently congratulated members of the firm's 1988 Olympic Committee for organizing Art, Wine Jazz for Body Seoul, a fund-raiser benefiting the United States Olympic Team. White hosted the congratulatory luncheon in the Grand Atrium of the MGM Filmland Center, site of the Jan. 24 gala event. The committee, composed of Merrill Lynch Realty sales associates, has scheduled for the event a collection of fine art, international cuisine and wines from seven countries, a jazz concert and appearance by former Olympic athletes.
