Mrs. McKinney, a native of Atlanta, Ga was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alton F. Irby, Sr.

Having lived on Lookout Mountain for the past 52 years, she was a member of the Garden Club of Lookout Mountain, Junior League of Chattanooga, Fairyland Club, Lookout Mountain Golf Club, and the Piedmont Driving Club of Atlanta, Ga. She was a member of the Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her daughters. Mary Ann Frazier of Atlanta. Neal Oehmig of Lookout Mountain and Susan Rigsbee of Danen, CT.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amy Oehmig Battaglia and Daniel West Oehmig, II of Lookout Mountain, French Benham Frazier, III and Mary Weyman Frazier of Atlanta, Ga. and Mary Russell Rigsbee, Elizabeth Wescott Rigs-bee and Allison Neal Rigsby of Danen, CT. Services will be held on Sunday, August 6, 2000 at the Church of The Good Shepherd on Lookout Mtn. at Rev. Mary N.

Fiksman died Friday. August 4. 2000 at Northside Hospital. Mr. Fiksman was a native of Poland and a Holocaust survivor as well as a member of the Shoah Foundation.

Mr. Fiksman was owner operator of Alex Hairstyles in Atlanta for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Diana S. Fiksman, Atlanta; son, Alex B. Fiksman, Atlanta; son and daughter-in-law, Joseph M.

MERCHANT Mrs. Jane Harbin Merchant, age 53, of Griffin, died Friday, August 4, 2000. She was born on January 30, 1947 in Rome, GA, daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Robert M.

Harbin, Jr. and granddaughter of the late Dr. Robert M. Harbin who was co-founder of Rome's Harbin Clinic. She graduated from the Thornwood School in Rome in 1965 and attended Converse College in Spartanburg, SC.

She was most recently employed as volunteer coordinator and then development assistant at the Church Health Center in Memphis, TN. Prior to that she was branch manager for AAA Maryland. She was a member of the Holy Innocents' Church in Atlanta and St. George's Episcopal Church in Griffin. She is survived by her sister, Mary Ann Clyburn of Cleveland, GA; son, Preston Merchant of New York City, NY; daughter, Louisa Merchant of Knoxville, TN; and husband, The Rev.

John E. Merchant, who is headmaster of St. George's Episcopal School in Griffin. Funeral services for Mrs. Jane H.

WIKLE, III Mr. James Wade "Jay" Wikle, III, age 60, of Atlanta, died Friday, August 4, 2000. Services will be held on Monday, August 14, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church in Atlanta, with Rev. Don Harp officiating.

The family will receive visitors one hour before service time at the church. The body was cremated. He was a native of Atlanta. He worked for Taylor Hobson in Leicester, England and the Fred V. Fowler Company in Boston, MA.

Mr. Wikle was a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. He was a member of Gate City Masonic Lodge 2 and later joined the Atlanta Peachtree Masonic Lodge 59, Scottish Rite Yaarab Temple. He enjoyed model railroading and classic cars. Survivors include wife, Lynne P.

BURNHAM Dan A. Burnham, age 79, of Moreland, GA passed away Friday, August 4, 2000 at Newnan Hospital. He was born April 25, 1921 in Newnan, GA. He was a 1960 graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Drug and Alcohol counselor in Coweta County since 1977. He was employed and retired in 1976 from Lockheed and a veteran of the U.S.

PACK Mr. Ted Everett Pack, age 50, of Kennesaw died Friday, August 4, 2000. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm. Sunday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw with Minister Butch Jones and Minister Joyce Rennolds officiating. A native of Whites-burg, Mr.

Pack was a financial planner for Financial Planning Security Inc. He was a member of the West Georgia Flying Club in Carrollton, a member of the Financial Planning Association and a registered Principle of the National Association of Security Dealers. Pack was also President of F.P.N. Planning Company and an honorary Kentucky Colonel from his home state. Survivors, wife, Sharon.

Sunday at A.S. Turner Sons. 1 A native of Richland, Mr. Key was the oldest of four children. Education was always "the love of his life," said his wife, Lavinia Cook Key of Decatur.

"He loved schoolwork and the school atmosphere. And he was good at it," his wife said. After serving in the Army Air Corps during World War II, Mr. Key attended the former Georgia Southwestern College in Ameri-cus, where he attended classes with former President Jimmy Carter. "One time, when he was president, we went to a program at Scott Boulevard Baptist Church where he was speaking and we walked up and he immediately said, 'Hello It was a thrill," Mrs.

Key said. Mr. Key also earned two degrees from Mercer University and was certified as an education specialist by the University of Georgia. He retired from education in 1975 and then began volunteering at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Decatur. "He would push patients around in their wheelchairs and take them to lunch," said his wife.

"He enjoyed talking with people and no matter what age they were he could relate to them." Other survivors include a son, Cedric Timothy Key of Decatur; a sister, Burrelle Key White of Columbus; a brother, Durward M. Key of Richland; and a granddaughter. In Memorlam CULPEPPER MRS. Mr. Johansson was born on August 20, 1928 in Stockholm, Sweden to Axel and Ruth Johansson. He immigrated to the United States in 1950. In 1956, he, along with another immigrant, Jack Wimmer, started Park Dental Laboratory in New York City. For decades, Park Dental was globally renown for it's cutting edge cosmetic ceramic restorations and pioneering and developing the subperiosteal dental implant.

Park Dental was acquired by American Hospital Supply (now Baxter) in 1978. He retired from the dental business in 1980 to pursue other interests. He relocated to Atlanta in 1986 to be near his wife's family. He is survived by his Linda Kennedy Johansson; sister, Gunnell Persson of Stockholm, Sweden; daughters, Mona Hammer of Ossining, New York, Linda Johansson of Philadelphia, PA; son, Gary Johansson of Branford, Connecticut; and four grandchildren, Maximilian and Katherine Hammer of Ossining, New York, and Cynthia and Erik Johansson of Branford, Connecticut. Army Air Corp. Mr. Key held an A. B. and a Master of Education from Mercer University, Macon, Georgia.

He was awarded his Normal Diploma from Georgia Southwestern College where he was a classmate of former president, Jimmy Carter. Mr. Key was a member of Emory Baptist Church where he was a deacon for many years. He was also a member of Druid Hills Lions' Club.

He was the famous Fembank-School's first principal. He was the eldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Huel F.Key. Richland, Georgia.

Survivors include his wife, Lavinia Cook Key of Decatur; a son, Cedric Timothy Key of Decatur; a daughter, Karen Key Peeler and son-in-law, James M. Peeler, of Sparta; a granddaughter, Kirstin J. SKELTON Coded Lanford Skelton, age 95, of Stone Mountain passedon August 2, 2000. She was the widow of Lee Esna Skelton and the daughter of William Melmuth Lanford and Lola Jordan Lanford. Mrs. Skelton was born September 25, 1904 in Lilburn, Georgia. Her family moved to Stone Mountain where she graduated from Stone Mountain High School.

She attended Draughn's Business College in Atlanta and worked as a secretary for 51 years. Her last job was with Tolani Farms in Dekalb County where she retired in 1975. Mrs. Skelton joined Stone Mountain United Methodist Church as a teenager and remained an active member until her death. She served as a Sunday School Teacher for Preschool for many years.

She was also an active member of Stone Mountain Woman's Club. Before her husband's death she was also deeply involved in Lion's Club activities with him, attending many national conventions. Known affectionately as Aunt Dell to her family. She is survived by three nephews and their wives. Dr.
