Friends may call at DANLEY'S FUNERAL HOME in Buckeye, Randall bank's plan for moving challenged anew A West Side resident who opposes the Randall State Bank expansion plan said Friday he will attempt to block any move of the bank out of the Monroe St. neighborhood.

Daniel J. Guilfoil, 1812 Keyes said he would seek a hearing before the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) to stop the bank from moving. The FDIC can stop banks from moving if the move does not meet with the convenience and needs of the community, according to Joseph Prohaska, assistant regional director of the FDIC. However, Prohaska added that the FDIC rule would probably "not be too pertinent" to the Randall State Bank case.

Bank President James J. Fiore has said the bank could be forced to move if it is not allowed to construct a new office at a location bounded by Monroe Spooner St. and Stockton across the street from its present location. The project would mean the razing of seven small businesses and two homes. Guilfoil said he objects to the demolition of the homes and not the businesses.

Fiore said the project is not feasible unless the homes are demolished. WISCONSIN STATE JOURNAL, SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 1976 Today's death notice index Bahler, Arnold MONROE Brown, Stella A. MILWAUKEE Canon, Guy T. MINERAL POINT Cheney, Clara E. NEW FREEDOM Cornell, Ralph E.
