Damm, 436 Tanguy street, retired carpenter contractor, who served as foreman in the con- stryUction of Logansport's Masonic Temple more than 60 years ago and who built innumerable homes in Logansport over a period of almost- 70 years.

Although he was born in Miami county, just two rods from Adams township, Cass county, he has spent most of his life in Cass county, his parents having moved to 257 co Adams township when he was- four years of age. Decorate Graves Of Men Killed in Olde Towne Battle The graves of the two American soldiers killed in the Battle of Olde Towne on what is now tha Cox farm west of Hoover were decorated Tuesday afternoon by a L'Anguille Valley Historical Association committee headed by Harry E. Harris.

A memorial wreath and American flags were placed, on the graves of the Kentucky volunteers who died in battle on August 8, 1791. Officers of the association assisted the committee in the memorial tribute in cooperation with the Cass county Memorial day observance central committee and the grave decoration committee.
