Nancy Hunt, a sales associate at Fred Sands Realtors' Marina del Rey office and 2 Million Dollar Club member, along with six more Sands Marina sales associates, volunteered 40 hours to manning the phones in February's American Cancer Socie-tyKCBS-TV week-long phone bank. The effort was part of the Cancer Society's National Breast Cancer Month awareness campaign in which the society and Yvon Jacques more than 100 Southland medical facilities offered women over 35 a mammogram test at a rate of $50 instead of the standard $250. More than 25,000 women called the phone bank and qualified for the cancer-detection test. Statistics show that nine out of 10 women with breast cancer who receive a mammogram are diagnosed in time for a total cure. Fred Sands, president of Fred Sands Realtors, is chairman of the American Cancer Society's Coastal Cities unit.

Sonny Fox of Jon Douglas EncinoSherman Oaks office participated in 60 sales transactions in 1985, totaling more than $11 million, making her one of the top three producers in the office. Fox is a member of Jon Douglas President's Committee and is a regional director of Douglas Properties, a division representing properties valued at more than $1 million. K0 Scoff Gibson, center, sales manager of the Marina del Rey office of Fred Sands Realtors, joined by assistant sales managers Gerry DeGroot and Sue Levitt, studies blueprints that detail plans for the addition of an entire second floor to the existing Sands office at 13400 MaxeUa Ave. The office addition is scheduled to open this month. Gibson, Levitt and DeGroot led their sales team to a record production level last year. The expansion will increase office space by 70 and make room for more sales agents.
