FIFTEEN REFORM IN GOP STATE POLICY Urges Conservatives and Liberals to Work Together for Ballot Victory MINEOLA Chase Mellen, Jr, New York County Republican leader, told the Nassau County Young Republican League last night that the needed "neu blood, new energy, new faces and new ideas.
