Johnson, Grand Exalted Ruler of the Elks, has sounded a stern warning against "bad public conduct" during the Grand Lodge parade, which will be a feature of the mammoth Elks' convention in Atlanta next month. Church was five times a National Convention, delegate and a heavy contributor to the party.
