Isaac Stutzman, of New Washington, Ohio, who was the guest of hla daughter, Mrs. Frank Boyer, the past month, died from paralysis early Thursday morning. Deceased was 86. years ft age. The body was taken to his late home Friday by hie son, who had come east on account of hi8 father's Illness, and Mrs.

Frank Boyer. North Lalng is ill of a slight attack of typhoid fever. Union Houtz, aged 84 years, died at hie home at Reiner City from old age. He is survived by hla sons, Eronomous and Zopher, and one daughter, Mrs. Elwood Showers.

The funeral of Amoa Boyer, who waa killed by a Pennsylvania train Sunday evening, was held to day, services being conducted at the house at 2 o'clock.

Hoover, officiating. Interment in Mlddletown cemetery. Mr. Boyer was born at Pine Grove, Schuylkill county, November 6, 1850. He resided at that place for many years and was mar ried in 1879 to Miss Kathryn Crick.

He had been a resident of Royalton for 23 years, 11 of which he was engaged on the railroad as a track walker. He was a member of Royalton, council, No. 140. Jr. O.

U. A. and had a host of friends. Besides his wife he Is survived by eight children: Mrs. Mary Vanasdlan, of Harrlsburg; Lilly, David, Emma, Caroline and Anna, at home; three grandchildren also survive.

Mr. and Mrs. John M. Rutherford visited In Falmouth on Sunday. Abram Hamman, spent Sunday at Mechanlcsburg with his cousin.

The ordi nance committee of the Marysville council Is preparing an ordinance to present to council making it unlawful for any huckster to sell goods in the borough without a license. The ordinance will apply to hucksters coming into the town as well as those who have places of business within the borough limits. The law, however, will not prohibit farmers or persons selling their own produce from ped dling.

The ordinance will be pre sented at the next meeting of council and although several councilmen are In favor of it becoming a borough law it Is understood that there will be a stiff fight before It is passed finally. Mr. and Mrs. Charles U. Burns and Mr.
