Perry Haynes, 32, Of route 4, Peru, was assessed $59.50, while Lawrence Stough, 17, of Kokomo, paid $79.50. The latter also was charged with driving while his license was suspended. Eugene Lutterberg, 19, a Bunker Hill airman, was injured slightly while riding in the Haynes car on highway 31, south of Peru, near the Twin Bridge detour. The vehicle crashed through the barricade and turned over on its top. Lutterberg, Haynes and two other passengers, Robert Newby, 27, of 301 North Frcemont and Airman William Gross, 21, were pinned inside the car and had'to crawl out' the window on the driver's side.
