SPORTS Officer John Sud dieth past commander of John Fulton Post No 272 of the Ameri can Legion, is doing a fine job of managing the Pest's baseball team. The team is competing, in the American Legion Baseball carnival tournament.

Twelve teams are in the tournament and the post team is in second place of the second round of play, having won the first round. The Community Debators will hold a debating session at Second Baptist Church on August Sunday evening, at. 8 p. m.
