CHICAGO, Jan. 17 (ANP) At the recent meeting of the American Sociological Society here in sessions at the Hotels' Sherman, Morrison and Palmer House, there were being Dr. R. R. Wright, president of Wilberforce versity, Xenla, and it was Dr.

Wright who addressed the group during a discussion of educational sociology held on the first day of the conference at the Hotel Morrison. A digest of Dr. Wright's remarks follow: "I realize in various economic fields such as labor, taxation, farm ing, i housing, that sociology has contributed much to government. There is one problem, however, that; I wish to mention which needs the social point of view more than any other, and that la the problem of race relations. "Having been a student of sociology2 for more than 85 years, I have lived through some of the difficul ties which the sociologist faces In trying, to get people to consider facts rather than fancies and prej udices, and I appreciate all the more what has been done.
