Dallis F. Frazier of Gray, retired principal of Gray Elementary School, was Friday at Gray United Methodist Church. Mr. Frazier, 65, died Wednesday of cancer at the Medical Center, of Central Georgia in Macon. A native of Adrian, Mr.

Frazier was a Navy veteran of World War II who served in the Pacific theater, and he was a graduate of the University of Georgia. Surviving are his wife, Inez Roberts Frazier; a son, Jette D. Frazier of Gray; a daughter, Barbara F. She received 1 her BSHE degree from the University of Georgia in 1928 and was a member of the Honor Soci- ety, Phi Kappa Phi. Later she earned a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University. Mrs. Morris taught Home Economics for 31 years, the last 14 years at Sandy Springs High School. Mrs.

H.M. Davis, a prominent dentist in the At-lanta-Buckhead area for over 50 years, died of a heart condition March 8, 1991 at the age of 91. He was an active member of many societies, orders and academies including the Northern District Dental, Georgia Dental, American Dental Societies, and the Southern Academy of Peridontology. He was a pioneer in the developing of continuing dental educational seminars for the noted Hinman Dental Society and Emory University. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Shrine.
