It la hoped by the management of the Charity Organisation Society that action taken yesterday by the First Friends' church wtU be followed by other churches of the city. The First Friends' church, through Its department of home missions.

voted to give a stated amount monthly to the home nursing work of the Charity Organisation Society, particularly to that part of It devoted to the care of tubercular patients. The Charity Organisation Society has been working toward such an end tor a long time, and will continue Its efforts to persuade other churches to follow suit. The action was taken oy the First Friends' church after a talk to the home missions depur ent by Miss Ethel Clark, a worker In I. Charity Organisation Society.
