Donald A. Harp performed the double ring, candlelight ceremony in the sanctuary. Mr. Scott H. Atchison, organist, Ms.

Jeanne Brown and Mr. Mitchell Czeh, soloists, Mrs. Yvonne Toll, trumpeter, and Ian Colktti, bagpipes, provided music. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Ansley Golf Club. Music was provided by the Alan Knieter Orchestra.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a gown of embroidered silk satin organdy. The ivory, sleeveless gown had a fitted bodice with a dropped waistline banded with satin. The cathedral length veil was attached to a tiara of pearls. She carried a formal bouquet of white roses, gardenias, orchids, and stephano-tis.

The matron of honor was the bride's sister, Kelly M. Mercer of Ringgold. Bridesmaids were the bride's cousin, Stacey P. Osman of Lakeland, and the Misses Molly J. Christian, Eileen Goodyear, Casey L.

Hunter, Ryan M. Murray, and Tara D. Ortega, all of Atlanta. The attendants wore gowns of amethyst satin and carried bouquets of red roses and stephanotis. Misses' Sarah K.

The Right Reverend Monsignor John J. McSweeney, pastor of St. Matthew's Church in Charlotte, N.C. officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her nephew, William Cunningham Kelner of Birmingham, Ala.

A reception followed at the Historic Car Barn-Georgetown. She wore a Grecian gown with an on shoulder scooped neckline. It was adorned with an embroidered bodice with cap sleeves. The empire A-line sheath was in four ply silk crepe, designed by Reem Acra and fell to an embroidered chapel length train. The bridesmaids wore a sophisticated plum pantsuit designed by Max Mara.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Judith Ward Kelner of Atlanta. She is also the daughter of Stephen Paul Kelner of Charlotte, N.C. She is the granddaughter of the late Attorney and Mrs. William Cunningham Ward of Connecticut and Mr.

and Mrs. Stephen Kelner of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Charlotte Catholic High School and Boston University, where she was manager of the Men's Varsity Basketball Team when they won the ECAC Conference Championship. She attended Georgetown University in the international business management program. She is an advertising account executive with the Washington Business Journal.

The groom is the son of Mrs. Janet McKnight Klap-Denbach and the late Ernest Stenhen Klannenharh nf and carried red roses and stephanotis. The groom chose his father as his best man. His brothers, Evan Wier Jones and Rhys Gardner Jones, both of Atlanta served as groomsmen. Other groomsmen were J.

Christopher Bradley, Robert L. Broadfoot, S. Chadwick Dixon, all of Atlanta, R. Brantley Jones Jr. of St.

Simons Island, and Matthew N. Ginter of Columbus. Ushers were Thomas M. Carroll and Michael A. Leonard, both of Atlanta.

The junior groomsmen were cousins of the bride, David W. and William W. Hawkins of Alexandria, Va. Conner E. Jones, nephew of the groom was ring bearer.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard V. McGalliard of Atlanta, formerly of Asheville, N.C. The groom is the son of Mr.

Richard M. Jones of Lakemont, formerly of St. Simons Island, and the late Suzanne Wier Jones. The bride is a graduate of North Springs High School and the University of Georgia where she graduated from the School of Journalism with a degree in advertising. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and was a Phoenix Debutante.

She is employed as marketing project manager for Neovest, Inc. The groom is a graduate of Glynn Academy in St. Simons and of the University of Georgia. He served in the Marine Corps and is now employed by DeKalb County as a teacher and coach. Following a trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the couple are at home in Atlanta.

Tulsa, Okla. He is the grandson of the late W. M. McKnight and Ernst Klappenbach of Tulsa. He is a graduate of Memorial High School and the University of Oklahoma.

Groomsmen were the groom's brother, Philip James Klappenbach of Tulsa, the bride's brothers, Dr. Stephen Paul Kelner of Boston and William Ward Kelner of Birmingham, and the groom's nephew, Matthew Kyle Monahan of Chevy Chase.

After a honeymoon trip to Ireland and Scotland, the couple will reside in Washington, D.C. Jim White Designs transformed the Ritz ballroom into a magical candlelit European garden chapel. The aisle was lit with candle-filled lanterns on beautiful curved stands decorated with tulips, roses and English ivy. A reception followed in the Ritz ballroom where guests dined on lobster tail and filet mignon and danced to the swing music of the Del Baroni Orchestra.

The bride's matron of honor was her sister, Christina Reinsel. Her attendants were Hope Dooner, Bet Loy, Beth Tennebar and Odette Talbert. The groom's best man was his brother, Scott Talbert. His groomsmen were Donald Monk, Derek Turney, Charlie French and the bride's twin brother, Tony Thevis. The four ushers were Mike Thevis, Jason Thevis, Mike Reinsel, and Eric Seigler, her nephew.
