Mr. Winston, registered public-health sanitarian for the Fulton County Health Department, died Monday. He was a member of the Fulton County Charity Board, Lakewood Masonic Lodge, Hapeville Chapter No. 179 of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Advisory Council of Georgia Regional Hospital.
