Northern Liberties, April 5. "TO 5 By ihi Subfcribers, living in Philadelphia, the following Plantations and Traclis of Land, viz. ONE Plantstion near Potters Town, in the county of Hunterdon, in the ftate of New Jfrfev, containing about 420 acres of very good land for wheat and ther grain, or graft; now occupied by rented to Joieph Everett 1 wheteon are a dwelling houfe, a large barn, an apple crcbaid and other fruit trees, a fuitable quantity of fiid land cleared, and the remainder well timbered. ie ether Plantation, adjoining the above ar.d Pot ten Town, containing 1X3 acies, the greaieft part of which if cleared, with a iunicient quantity of woodland remaining an apple orchatd, Both the above places lay on a great public road. One other Plantation near above, rented to and in the pcflefiion of Chriftopher Teeti, containing about ill acies, on which aie a log dwelling houfe, barn, oichird, meadow, and a fuffititnt quantity of woodland well timbered.

One other Plantation, within two or three miles of Pitts Town, in the county arorefaid, conra ning about 161 acres, with meadow and ether improvements there on, now under rent. One other near the lafr containing 68 and a half acresi with fome improvements thereon and under rent. All the bve may be entered on the day of April uext enfuing. To, three Loti(No. 3, 4, and ti,) of excellent hot torn land, capable of making the finelt meadow, laying in the Great Swamp, near Morris town, in Morris connty, and ftate afoiefaid each Lot containing 98 acre'.

Thefe may be entered on at any time. All the above deferibed Plantations and of landarr fituated in a fine healthy, thick ftteled part of the country have every advantage of mill, (tores, markets an ft good neighbourhood, and ate 10 be Sold at Privrte Sale; but if thty or any of tbem, (hould not be difpofed of by the tath day of March next enfu'mg, then they will be Sold at Pnblic Vendue, on or near the premifes on the faid 12th day of faid month of March.
