Six Flags Over Georgia's new pirate ship The Flying Dutchman can't really ply the ocean, but the amusement park definitely plied a few members of the press at a Tuesday night unveiling. The Flying Dutchman is located on Jolly Roger's Island, a new $2.2 million park-within-a-park, scheduled for late-March completion. Dotted with lagoons and moats, the island also features a live show called "Jamboree" in the new 700-seat Ship-Shape Theater, the Pizzas of Eight, a lighthouse-shaped restaurant; and a number of other games and attractions. Jolly Roger's territory is a three-acre tract of Land surrounding the Mind Bender, the triple-loop roller coaster. Once Jolly Roger's Isle is open, Mind Bender riders will pass through typhoon Lagoon, where water bombs and cannon fire will assail them.
