Scouts Will Go On Seven-mile Camporee Hike Lay Out Route Near Clymers for Central District, Three Rivers Council, Event Boy Scouts and Explorers of tha central district, Three Rivers Council, will take part in an overnight camporee Friday night and Saturday near Clymers. The youths will camp Friday night on the Ted Leonard farm northwest of Clymers, and Snt- urday will go 0:1 a hike estimated at seven miles. The event is open to all Boy Scouts and Explorers in the central district, which includes Logansport and Cass counly. :ind parts of Carroll and Pulaski counties. Registration will be held at Ilia camping site on the Leonard farm from 5:30 to 8 p. m. Friday, ;md the boys will be divided into patrols of four to six boys each. The boys may have their supper this evening at the campsite if they wish, according to Hh'hnvd Rammel, central district chnir- man. Departure on the seven - mi!o hike will be early Saturday morning, following breakfast at the camp.
