Ml By JEAN THWAITE Atlanta's public radio station, WABE-FM (90.1) will increase its power from 10,000 watts monaural to 30,000 watts stereo on Saturday. The station, licensed to the Atlanta Board of Education is In its 25th year and the only member of the National Public Radio network in Georgia. It also is the only source of classical music in Atlanta during the evening hours. m. On Wednesday, April 24, at 8 p. WABE will broadcast Arnold Schoenberg's unfinished opera, "Moses and Aron," on David Berger's Music From Germany program. -The tapes of the production, which was conducted by Hans Rosbaud and presented on March, 1954, by the North German Radio of Hamburg, were made available by the Association of German Broadcasters. According to the review in The New York Times, this work is "very probably the magnum opus of one of history's gifted and influential composers." Radio station WLTA-FM (99.7) will be carrying Mozart's opera in two acts, "Don Giovanni," on Saturday.

On air time is 2 p. off air, approximately 5:40 p. m. Soprano Leontyne Price will sing the role of Donna Anna. Other members of the cast are soprano Teresa Zylis-Gara as Donna Elvira; soprano Teresa Stratas as Zerlina; baritone Sherrill Milnes as Don Giovanni; tenor Stuart Burrows as Don Otta-vio; Walter Berry, baritone, in the role of Leporello and bass Raymond Michalski as Masetto.

James Morris will sing the role of Commendator. James be the conductor. On Sunday, Stuart Culpepper will host another one of the operas scheduled for Atlanta, Richard Strauss's "Der Rosenkavalier," beginning at 1 p. m. A reminder that the Metropolitan Opera needs funds to match its grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
