Cfr Atlanta jJourrtal and CONSTITUTION SUNDAY, OCTOBER 17, 1976 ejoicing in the Levine Household "Milady." Unfortunately, the Journal was one of the papers that ran the picture. Actually, Raquel was shown with Frank Finlay during production of a movie that was released in two parts called "The Three Musketeers" and "The Four Musketeers." No telling how this old photo got palmed off as a new one. 11 Following Day," "Marlowe," "Carnal Knowledge" and "Popi." IN "MANSON," a 1973 documentary that has just gotten to town, the only member of Charles Manson't family who admits to being unwilling to follow Manson to the end of the earth is Paul Watkins. He says he drew the line when Manson told him that killing was not immoral. All the others interviewed in the movie were unrepentant and convinced of the Tightness of their cause.

"Squeaky" Fromme, who was interviewed at length, gave firm warning that the world hadn't heard the last of her. UNITED PRESS International got bamboozled recently and sent out a photo purporting to show Raquel Welch and Jean-Pierre Cassel on the set of a movie called nnrrri I NOW AT POPULAR PRICES! 1 10.90 12.90 15.90 (No service chg. Levine photography has been completed on "A Bridge Too Far," the $25 million war drama.

There were 133 shooting days, one more than scheduled, but director Richard Attenborough is reported to have completed the film within its budget. Levlne's ecstasy prompted him to place a full-page advertisement in entertainment papers saluting Atten-borough's diligence. "You have created an atmosphere of absolute harmony and optimum productivity among 14 highly individual stars, hundreds of crew members, and actors and extras in the thousands. And you have earned the love and respect of each of them. "You have taken many tons of equipment into vast and difficult areas, and time after time forged them into the machinery of precision performance.

And you have remained attentive to each smallest de--tail." No telling how much Sir Richard is being paid for this labor, but it is almost surely less than several of his principals. Robert Redford alone was reported paid $2 million and James Caan's salary was put at $1 million. THE MAIN POINT of interest in "High Velocity" was watching talented actors try to make something of a potboiler melodrama. Ben Gazzara, Paul Winfield and Keenan Wynn were much better than the movie deserved. They were not able to render the script into anything memorable, however.

JOYCE JAMESON could have been one of the great "dumb blondes" of Hollywood history, but witty roles seem always to elude her. She plays Annual HARDY KRUGER AS AN S.S. PAUL LE MAT and Candy. Clark, both of whom attracted attention in "American Graffiti," are reunited for "Citizens Band." A drama, it's being filmed near Marysville, Calif. IN "ROLLER Coaster," Timothy Bottoms plays an extortionist.

George Segal is cast as a safety inspector who tries to pay him off. The director-star Marty Peldman. "OUTLAW BLUES," which is being filmed in Texas with Peter Fonda and Susan Saint James, is using several music personalities. Among them are Hoyt Axton and Steve Fromholz. James Callahan plays a country-western star who steals a song written by Fonda.

MORE THAN 100 cast and crew members got to go on location for "The Spy Who Loved Me," the new James Bond thriller starring Roger Moore. Sardinia is the site of a chase sequence involving Bond's new car, a special Lotus Esprit. Egyptian scenes include the pyramids at Gizah and the tomb of Rameses II at Luxor. RITA MORENO, who's in "The Ritz," re-creating the stage role for which she won a Tony award, has had a tough time in Hollywood. Everyone thought that the Academy Award she won for "West Side Story" 15 years ago would set her up, but it didn't.

Since then, she has only appeared in "Summer and Smoke," "Night of the Crisp. tender GOLDEN FRIED SHRIMP erved with Hush Puppies and Cocktail or Tartar Sauce $1.94 Delicious, fried FISH ALMOND1NE served with slivered Almonds, Hush Puppies and Cocktail or Tartar Sauce $1.44 For openers, select one of these freshly prepared delights: SUMPTUOUS SHRIMP SALAD or LARGE SHRIMP COCKTAIL $1.59 SPECIAL! "TWILIGHT'S Last Gleaming," the political thriller, will be released in February, Burt Lancaster is the star.

"Executive Action," the Lancaster movie about a right-wing plot to kill President Kennedy, has been revived. It was not a success in its initial release. "THE RETURN of a Man Called Horse" has a rare appearance by Gale Sonderg-aard, who won an Academy Award 40 years ago. Except for "Slaves," she has been away from movies for a quarter-century, a victim of 1950s blacklisting. ANTONIO FARGAS, who plays an informant on "Starsky and Hutch," is one of the principals in "Car Wash." Fargas is always fun to watch.

He was especially poignant in "Next Stop, Greenwich Village" and "Conrack." "THE ISLAND of Dr. Mo-reau," based on the H.G. Wells story, is going into production in December. Michael York has been named to costar with Burt Lancaster. York's work on "The Last Remake of Beau Geste" has had to surmount the unexpected problem of a case of chicken pox suffered by OMNI a dizzy creature in bcorchy, but the sequence in which she appears is dull and she was directed in such flat-footed fashion that she fails to make an impression.

THERE ISN'T much acting in "Norman Is That You?" Most of the cast, led by Redd Foxx and Pearl Bailey, treat the lightweight material in debonaire fashion. Some of the funniest moments are provided by Wayland Flowers, who plays a catty puppeteer. FERNANDO REY is a delight in a short sequence in "A Matter of Time." He plays the richest man in the world and Liza Minnelli fantasizes having an affair with him. He asks Liza if she loves him for his money and she tells him that she does. Wealth is his unique characteristic, she confesses as she cuddles up.

Ah, l'amour. BETTE DAVIS is spry and peppery in her first scenes in ''Burnt Offerings," singlehand-edly bringing the movie to life. Unfortunately, a point of the story is that the huge house where her family is vacationing saps the life from its residents. Bette dies, having endured an agonizing illness.
