During the 90-minute colorcast on WSB-TV's Channel 2, an offstage makeup artist helps the transformation along with devices ranging from penciled age lines to a rubber mask. NBC make-up artist Bob O'Bradovich also devised a half-mask with a heavier nose for the queen's "middle-aged" appearance. If you're a stlent movie buff, for instance, you might want to tune in Hollywood: The Golden Years, a program that traces the silent era. This is scheduled Wednesday If, on the other hand, you are a drama fan you might want to witness what promises to be one of the outstanding presentations of the Hall of Fame Julie Harris in "Victoria Regina," which is slated Thursday. Possibly you are interested in the career of Billy Graham. NBC-TV is doing a pictorial essay on Graham, depicting a typical day in the life of the evangelist. Here are details on those and other "specials' coming up this week: . TUESDAY The Good Ship Hope, a new special covering the trip of the hospital ship Hope to Southeast Asia, features Ralph Bellamy in the role of narrator. Channel 2 at 7:30 p.m. WEDNESDAY Hollywood; the Golden Years traces the silent movie era from the days when movies were shot on rooftops in New York to the day when the coming of sound revolutionized the industry. Gene Kelly narrates. (See Cover). Channel 2 at 7:30 p.m. . v . . We, The People takes over Perry Como's time slot. Douglas Fairbanks Jr. wil be host. Among the "we's" present are Paul Anka, Gil Hodges, Woody Herman, paratroopers, a policeman, teenagers and so on. This one in color. Channel 2 at 9 p.m. The World of Billy Graham follows the evangelist during a fast moving day which begins at the White House. Channel 2 at 10 p.m. THURSDAY The Hall of Fame presents a glowing production of "Victoria Regina" with Julie Harris giving a superb performance as England's queen in a story that takes her from her teen-age years through her Golden Jubilee celebration. This one's in color, too. Chanel 2 at 9:30 p.m. FRIDAY Yves Montand, France's greatest gift to women, stars in his own special with Polly Bergen, John Raitt and Helen Gallagher and Bobby Van guest-starring. The New York Philharmonic Young People's Concerts begin a fifth season. Leonard Bernstein conducts a study in music. Channel 5 at 7:30 p.m. The Dinah Shore Show features Frankie Avalon, Milton Berle and Nelson Eddy. This one's in color. Channel 2 at 9:30 p.m. Frank McGee's Here and Now studies the unusually high number of college and high school football fatalities this year.
