Now, in the aftermath of the "Beatles Anthology," Mr. Starr with-bis-All----3 Starr Band as he has for years -but this time with perhaps a different perspective on his music, from his fans and from himself. Like Pete Townshend and Ray Davies before him, Mr. Starr said he found going through the band's history and work therapeutic.
