It was thought aftor all that though this wap rather heroic treatment, that ho was all tho better for it.

Clause Fourth of Articlo Ninth of said Articles was amended so as to read as follows: "Fourth: To render tho shnrcs and interests of stockholders transfo--ablo and to prescribe the mode of making such transfers, and to limit and restrict tho negotiability of such shares." Articlo Eleventh of said Articles of Incorporation was amended so as to read as follows: "Eleventh: Thcso Articles of Incorporation may bo amended, altered and changed with refcrenco to any matter herein set forth oy the alfirmativo voto of a majority of tho stock of this corporation, at any regular annual meeting of tho stockholders or adjournment thereof, or at any special meeting of stockholders called for that purpose" And the President and Secretary of said corporation were, by resolution of said stockholders and stock, duly authorized and directed to take such stops as are required by law-to give effect to said amendments.

Wherefore, tho undersigned, as such President and Secretary, do hereby execute, acknowledge, file, record and publish this instrument, ns required by Par. 770 (Sec. 10) of Chapter II of Titlo XIII of tho Revised Statutes of Arizona, as amended by Sec. 2 of Act No. 8S of the Twenty Second Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona, approved 'March 19th, 1903, and all legislation supplemental thereto and amendatory thereof.
