FUNERAL NOTICES ranized along slate lines and with trustees elected locally. Binns won national attention for his own building operations in Philadelphia, where he carried through several slum clearance projects as a private enterprise. Through his efforts areas were restored to profitable use and many slum area made into an attractive home development. In the p9st year Binns has traveled hroughout the country in an effort to arouse interest against the federal trend toward socialization cf property. The immediate goal of Binns, his national organization, is the solution of the current housing shortage and he will deal with the causes of this situation in his Atlanta address.
