Mrs. Palmer charges that while she was with her mother, Mrs. C. D. Meador, in another apartment, the defendant, actine thronirh officers, and employes of the Hotel Management Company, by violent and illegal means evicted her- from her apartment.

The plaintiff alleges that, pursuant to a preconceived plan to seize possession of the apartment, and under the guise of entering it for the ostensible Fmrpose of protecting the rom an approaching hurricane, the defendant, through the Hotel Management Company, broke into the apartment through a transom, changed the locks and removed her personal effects, furniture, into a damp room infested with moths so that the property was practically all ruined. The plaintiff alleges that she underwent great mental anguish and humiliation and her health was impaired so that she is under a physician's care ns a result of the eviction. Winfield I.
