S. takes place at "5:30 o'clock at the First Presbyterian church, following which the bride-elect's parents, Dr. and Mrs. Stephen Barnett, will be hosts at a reception at the Piedmont Driving Club. learls.

Long, close-fitting sleeves of cbiffon were fashioned with taffeta puffs at the shoulders, and the lower part of the skirt was graced with a series of narrow taffeta ruffles, the skirt extending into a short train. The bridal veil of tulle fell from a becoming tulle cap, caught to her fair bair by tiny rosettes of orange blossoms, centered with seed pearls. The bride carried a gorgeous shower bouquet of bride's roses, swainsona and lilies of the valley. Following the ceremouy Mr. and Mrs.

Clark Howell Sr. will be hostess at luncheon at 1 o'clock today at the Piedmont Driving Club in honor of Miss Frances Barnett, whose marriage to Lieutenant George Dakin Crosby, U. S. will be an important event taking place this afternoon at the First Presbyterian church. Sharing honors will be Miss Josephine Richardson, who will become the bride of George W.

Adair at Broadlands, the home of the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Richardson, on Pace's Ferry road Tuesday. June 27. Miss Mary Ann Carr will assist her mother in Miss Mary Russell Gann became the bride of William Albert Taylor at an impressive ceremony taking place at 8:30 o'clock last evening at the Center Street Methodist church, with the Rev.

Preceding and during the ceremony a musical program was rendered by Miss Elizabeth Kilpatrick, violinist and vocalist, assisted by Marcus Bartlett at the piano. of the matron of honor, Miss Payne wearing pink and Miss Howie wearing blue. They carried bouquets of shaded garden flowers. C. D.

Hancock and Conway Freeman acted as groomsmen, and II. C. Taylor, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Little Miss Connie Claire Groover, flower girl, wore a dainty frock of yellow organdy, duplicating the gowns of the bridesmaids. The lovely bride was given in marriage by her father.

Rothwell Gann, and wore the handsome bridal gown, and veil which was worn by bee mother at her wedding 21 years ago yesterday. The gown of heavy duchess satin featured an exquisite lace yoke made with an off-shoulder neckline, and the long court train was attached at the shoulders. Filmy tulle formed the veil, which was caught to the bride's hair with orange blossoms, and fell over the train. She carried a bouquet of valley lilies and bride's roses. After the ceremony the couple left for a wedding trip to North Carolina, and on their return will reside at 3145 Peachtree road.

The marriage of Miss Lois Mitchell to Benjamin Garrett Fugitt takes place at 4:30 o'clock at Grace Methodist church.
