Vilimas is chairman of a joint committee of 10 Lithuanian groups here.

Vossler To Visit in England Mrs. Olin Richard Vossler, the former Patricia Mary Williams of Exeter, Devonshire, England, will sall March 29 at midnight on the Queen Elizabeth for a four-month visit to her home in England. Accompanying her will be Mrs. Vossier's two children, Angela, 4, and Mr. and Mrs.

Vossler are residents of Demunds Dallas, she having come to this country four years ago on a ship bearing a capacity cargo of war brides and babies. Angela then three months old saw her father for the first time upon, arrival in New York. The young couple met at the Exeter Airport, Devonshire, where he was serving as a glider pilot and married shortly afterward. This will be her first return trip since she left England four years ago. In addition to Mrs.

Vossler's mother, she has three brothers in England, Rev. C. B. Williams, William R. Williams, a science master at Illminster, Somerset, and Denzil Williams, a dental cian.

Her father is deceased. PTA HOBBY SHOW Dallas-Franklin Township PTA will hold a hobby show tonight at Dallas Township High School. Center Moreland John Kapolka presided at a meeting of the local Dairymen's League Wednesday. Thomas Earl and John Zrychta were hired as milk haulers. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Small attended the funeral of his brotherin-law, George Young, of Connecticut.

Some will visit the flower show and other places of interest. MCF held a roller skating party Thursday at Falls. Soup and a dessert will be served in the Vernon School on Thursday. Many local children attended the movies at Himmler Theater, Dallas Saturday afternoon. Mrs.

Arthur Andrews, wife of Rev. Mr. Andrews Centermoreland, has been employed by local PTA to teach music in the Center Moreland and Vernon schools each Monday and Friday. She will start her duties about April 3. This is the first service of the newly organized PTA.

The next PTA meeting will be in the Vernon School on April 3 at 8 p. m. Movies will be shown and Prof. W. Arch Austin of Beaumont will speak.

A. Finkelstein, 466 Bennett Street, received the degree of doctor of optometry at the commencement exercises of Pennsylvania State College of Optometry in Town Hall, Philadelphia, March 16. Dr. Finkelstein, a veteran of World War 2, served in the Army Air Corps in the India-BurmaChina of operations. He is a graduate the Luzerne High School.

Dr. Finkelstein is a member of the Gamma Omega Phi fraternity of the Pennsylvania State College of Optometry. Dr. Finkelstein's father, Dr. Abe Finkelstein also is an optometrist.

Edwardsville Grocers to Discuss New Bureau Tuesday Wyoming Valley grocers lost $603,885 in bad debts during 1948 and 1949, it was revealed yesterday United Retail Grocers Association which is made up of grocers in Wyoming Valley.

The more than half-million dollars is tied up in "bad and the total is growing weekly, according to the grocers. To meet the problem, the association has organized a United Retail Grocers Bureau with offices in First Federal Building, with Roland Davis as bureau secretary. To acquaint grocers with the operation of the bureau, meetings are being held in the various, municipalities.
