Realty 515 Lemcke sends the following unsolicited letter: 15 518 LemcVe Build in, Indianapolis, Ind. The Indianapolis News, Indianapolis, Ind. Attention Mr. Pickett, Classified Manager. Dear Sir We sometimes fail to appreciate as much as We should, or at least underestimate the value of some of the thing which contribute ao largely to our success in business, especially the business in which I am engaged the real estate business.

Tday in looking over my record erf last year's business I found that of approximately 60 houses sold by myself during the year, 45 houes were sold directly from News Classified Ads. In addition to this, I secured several eon tracts to build new and to remodel old ones, consummated several profitable trades and listed many properties for sale through News Classified Ada. Considering the general condition of business during the year, I feel that I have done my share cf the business, due in a large measure to consistent advertising. I know that you will appreciate this information, because advertisers are rrone to register their dissatisfaction when the results from advertising are not what they anticipate, and when they do get results accept them for granted and say nothing. Hoping that conditions will permit me to advertise ever mare extensively during the coming year than I did last, and wishing you a very prosperous 1928.

I am, Yours very truly, (Signed) W. A. M0SLANDER. Mr. Moslander's experience Is no different than that of hundreds of other Indiana people who have given News Classified Ads an opportunity to work for Comments similar to this are an every day occurrence.
