Weaver Last Re quett It Fulfilled. Mrs. Miriam A. "Weaver's last reouest that her cof9n be draped with an American flag before being lowered Into her rravof waa fulfilled today when funeral services were held. Mrs.

Weaver, who died Mondsy. lived at 19S Broadway avenue and bad been a resident of Indianapolis for the last twentr flve years. Her hue band and three brothers served in the civil war and it was for this reason that she asked that the Stare and Strlpea be draped over her coffin when she died. She had been 11! for several months. Mrs.

Weaver was the daughter of Gorgm W. and Frances early settlers of Hendricks "county, where. In 1SS1. Mr. Mills pUtted the town of lav ton.

Mrs. Weaver was married In 186S at Fltteboro. Ind. She became a member of the Disciples church almost sixty years tro and wss a member of the Third Christian church of Indianapolis. She Is survived by her husband.
