The Furniture City chapter of National Secretaries Assn will sponsor "Horizons for Involvement" a one-day educational seminar on Saturday at Top of the Mart. Registration and hospitality hour will begin at 9 a m. in the downstairs lobby Anna Claire Topmiller will be guest speaker Miss Topmiller is senior field office manager for Algernon Blair, one of the largest general contractors in the Southeast. Her company is engaged in construction of the $16.5 million U. S.
