PARHON Bucharest, Aug. 10 (UPI) Plans for a state funeral were being made today for Constantin I. Parhon, 95, a pioneer in Romanian medicine and a president of Parliament in this nation's early postwar Communist years. Parhon died yesterday after. a long illness.
