AAUW Group Will Hear Red 2 Cross Official Iff J. M. Gehrt, assistant manager of the Chicago chapter of the American Red Cross, will b.e the guest speaker the meeting of the status of women group of the AAUW tomorrow at eight p. m. at the home of Miss Esther Eng strom, 9 East Sixteenth street, Chicago Heights.

Mr. Gehrt will discuss the "American Red Cross Disaster 'Services," including the service program at both the national and local levels. Holder of an MS degree from Iowa State college, he has been area director of the Red Cross stationed with the Eighth Army in Yokohama, Japan, has been assigned to several major disasters throughout the United States and is at present assistant man ager of the Chicago chapter. In the latter position, Mr. Gehrt is responsible for administering the disaster preparedness and relief programs of this unit.

Anyone wishing to attend the meeting may do so by notifying the hostess or telephoning Miss Mildred Merker at SKyline 4-1692. Marian Day on St. Paul's PT Program Under the auspices of the PTA of St. Paul's Lutheran school on Friday at the school hall, Marian Day, one of the few professional women magicians in the country, will entertain the audience at two performances, from 8:30 and from nine to ten o'clock in the evening.
