She was the widow of A. K. Hardee. and was the daughter of the late i i a Phillip and Frances Northam Norwood. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs.

Isaac Fowler Succumbs Of Heart Attack THOMASVILLE Isaac Clinton Fowler 74, resident of 109 Fifth died at his home Saturday at 3:30 p.m. after suf- fering a heart attack a few minutes earlier. He was born in Surry County, Oct.

28, 1888, a son of Henry and Martha Moser Fowler, and had been a resident of Thomasville for the past 20 years. He was employed by the Regan Knitting Mill. Mr. Fowler was a member of Carolina Avenue Baptist Church. On Aug.

25, 1912 he was married to Miss Mildred Whitaker, who survives of the home. Other survivors include one daughter. Mrs. Oscar Leonard of Fair Grove; five sons, Clarence Alvin Fowler of Lexington; Spencer T. Fowler of Winston-Salem, Calvin Fowler of Imperial Beach, Isaac C.

Fowler Jr. of Greensboro and Claude 0. Fowler of Miami, one sister. Mrs. Lawrence Comer of Dobson; one John Fowler of Durham; 14' grandchildren and one great- grandchild.

Funeral will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. from Carolina Avenue Baptist Church by the pastor. Rev. Hemphill, and Rev. Fred Jurney, pastor of Southside Baptist Church.
