Philadelphia, January io, 1746 7. "Hereas Mary the wife of Thomas Warner, of Philadelphia county, hath at fesndry times eloped from her hulband, thefe are to warn all perfons not to truft her on his account, for he will pay no debts of her contracting, from the date hereof. Philadelphia, January 20. 1746 7. RUN away the 1 8th inftarit, from William Hudfon, of this city, tanner, an Irifh fervant man, named Daniel Brady, about 20 years of age, fandy complexion, 5 feet 9 or 10 inches high.

Had on a black Jrifh frize coat, a brown and another of a lighter colour without fheves, a fine homefpun fhirt, leather breeches, and good hoes and ftockings Took with him befides, a pair of ftockings and fhoes, two brown homefpun ihirts, and a pair of linnen breeches. 'Tis probable he will endeavour to pafs for a tanner, tho' he is not a workman. Whoever fecures the faid fervant, fo that he may be had again, or brings him to his after, lhall have Twenty hillings reward if taken within 10 miles of this city, or Forty if farther, and reafonable charges, paid by William Hudson. To be Lett for the Term of Five Years, THE plantation formerly Gayan Miller's, in the' townfhip of Keanet, county of Chefter, and province of Pennfylvania, containing about 20 acres of land, with a good brick tenement, and ftone kitchen, a geod barn, ftables, a large vandive3r bears very well there may be fowed about 24 acres of winter grain each year, ani 20 acres more to plant and fow with fpring grain, about 25 acres of meadow, chief part in good Sic.

The faid prerriifes is within two littles ofa Merchant mill, arid iz of the borough of For terms agree with George Miller (living on faid preinifes) William Ceoper, and Robert Lewis, adjoining the fame. B. There came to faid plantation fome time laft fu'mmer, a cheftnut coloured youhg mare, flaxen mane and tail. The owner is defired to prove his property, pay the charge, and take her away. 1746. To be by Publick Vendue. On the 6th day of February next, the fale to begin at two of the clock in the afternoon, at the fign of the George, in Second ftreet A brick meffuage with a jT. kitchen, bakehoufe, and lot of ground, in the city of Philadelphia, on the fouth fide of Saflafrafs ftreet, near the church of the Reformers. The wiefiuage three ftory high above ground, containing in breadth 17 foot fix inches, and in depth 34 foot.

The kitchen two ftory high, having a cellar under the whole. The lot containing 17 feet and half, by 140 foot clear ot ground rent. For the title, enquire of Mr. Charles Brockden, who has the deeds in his cuftody. THOMAS SUGAR.

WhoeveV fecures her in any goal, fo that her mafter may have her again, ftiall have Five Pounds of the currency where taken, paid by William Williams. N. B. She is a Low Dutchwoman.
