Whether it be for school lunches or some masculine member of your family you will want to use as much variety as possible. The school lunch plays an important part in the health of children. In many communities, hot lunches or at least one hot dish is served at noon. This naturally simplifies your problem as far as the school lunch is concerned. The same thought and care should be given to the meal that must be carried as to those you prepare to serre at home.

While the lunchbox can't contain as great a variety of food, it should contain enought nourishing food to give the partaker of this quick lunch a comfortable feeling in the middle. If the lunch for next day is prepared at dinnertime each evening very little bother is involved.
