C. Kinian Cosner, a Nashville attorney, said Tuesday that the company intends to reorganize and remain in business. Cosner filed Chapter 11 petitions on Saturday for Kelly Lyn Franchise company, Kelly Lyn Management and 16 spa subsidiaries. Cosner conceded, however, that the company will have to trim its operation to pay about $600,000 in unsecured debts and $90,000 in secured debts "They're going to have to cut back," Cosner said.
