He hit receiver Mark Gallik six times for 106 yards and two touchdowns while tight end Casey Fitzsim- "mons hauled in six strikes for 83 yards. 'Those are our go-to guys," Carroll head coach Mike Van said.

"Casey's been doing ft for four years and Mark for 'three. Mark made some big third down catches and that was really the key." Emmert was 18-of-38 for 283 yards and four touchdowns and he rushed 13 times for 36 yards. Porrini finished the day with six tackles.

"He (Emmert) had a great game over here two years ago in the Mon-Dak game so he was excited to come back," Carroll head coach Mike Van Diest said. "He prepared as a freshman a year ago like he was the starting quarterback and that was the difference. He was ready to play this year and that's why he's our starting quarterback.
