Taylor Kircher guzzled an entire bottle of vodka he spirited onto Flight 115 from London last Thursday, authorities said. The booze kicked in about two hours into the transatlantic flight when a woman passenger reported Kircher was masturbating through his clothing, according to a complaint filed in Brooklyn Federal Court. "He stated that he was unable to stop," Federal Air Marshal Basilios Argyros said in the complaint. Kircher was issued a written warning BY JOHN MARZULLI DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER CARPET for LESS! 3 of carpet 119 FREE SHOP-AT-HOME SERVICE Up To 340 Sq.ft.

(UNION SQUARE) 212-352-1111 Imette trial distraction THE LEAD DETECTIVE in the Imette St. Guillen slaying suspended last month for misusing a parking placard testified yesterday that he properly followed the process leading to the accused killer's arrest. This time, Detective Sean McTighe took the subway to court. The subject arose as McTighe testified about taking a statement from bouncer Darryl Littlejohn, who was charged in the killing, and whether the detective properly warned him of his rights. "It's fair to say you acted improperly?" prosecutor Ken Taub asked in an effort to clear the air before the detective testified before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Abraham Gerges.

"Yes, I did," McTighe said, adding he was suspended for 13 days and now takes public transportation. "Clearly the DA questioning him takes some of the sting out of it," defense lawyer Joyce David said. "But it still shows a willingness to take shortcuts." The hearing during which David will try to have Littlejohn's statement about the Feb. 25, 2006, murder suppressed continues today. Scott Shifrel Jail for financier in Fla.

prostie rap WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. New York billionaire Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty yesterday to soliciting prostitution from underage girls in South Florida. He will also be designated a sex offender. Epstein was arrested two years ago.

Authorities allege he paid $200 to $300 apiece to several girls younger than 18 in return for naked massages that sometimes became sexual at his Palm Beach home.
