Hart Gieen, K.C, defence counsel, that no offenca was committed unless there was reason to prevent the man obtaining a permit under his original name, was upheld. The facts, aa contained tn the evidence, were that the accused had changed his name from Sashko to MatthewB. which had been his mother's maiden name.
