Judy, a resident of Dayton for 23 years, was riding with her husband, Samuel, when their car skidded and plunged into an embankment on the Jamestown-Xenia pike, east of Xenia, Tuesday afternoon. The woman was hurled to the pavement when the machine overturned. Her husband escaped injury. Mrs. Judy had been visiting relatives near- Jamestown, where she was born and spent the early part of her life.

She was a member of the United Brethren church. Her husband survives. Others Injured Miss Jesse LeValley, 40, of 215 Bacon street, was recovering Wednesday from a fractured left arm and left leg suffered Tuesday when she was struck by the car of Casper Hastings, Springfield, on East Third street, near the overhead crossing. She was removed to the Miami Valley hospital for treatment. Evelyn Dowden, 18, of 531 West Second street, received cuts and bruises when the car of Harvey Weiss, 702 South Ludlow street, struck her at Main and Fifth streets.
