Coprland will hear arguments on a motion for a new trial by counsel for William Ramga, 31 years old, convicted here late Thursday. Ramga was indicted by the, Auglaize county grand jury for aiding and abetting the breaking and entering an uninhabited dwelling, hut the Jury returned a verdict on the lesser charge. Ramga was arrested wtth William and Charles Williams in connection with theft of grain, livestock and other articles in Auglaize, Allen, Hardin and Mercer counties.
