"Happy Town," musical headed by Henry Hull, Biff McGuire and Cindy Robbins, opens in Boston tomorrow evening. The show is due at the 54th Street Theatre on Oct 7. Ballet Presents Revival Tonight The New York City Ballet will offer its only novelty of the season tonight when "Jeaux d'En-fants," a collaboration by George Balanchine and Francisco Mon-cion, is revived.
