STATE BO PROBE URGED Pinchot Demands Senate Delve Into Rate- Fixing for Utilities by S. C. Harrbburr, 10 Governor Pinchot today demanded of Senate a complete and immediate investigation of the "system by which the publie utilities have controlled Publie Service Commission and established the-ratei and charges the commission has allowed them to levy and collect." Appearing before the Senate, the governor urged an exhaustive survey of the commission's relationship with utilities over a period of at least 10 years. The inquiry, he said, is necessary to restore public confidence after the resignation of Chairman W. D.
