Chris Caspersen, 708 N. 7th became the bride of Rob'ert L. Bales, son of Mr. and Mrs. I.

L. Bales, 608 S. llth afternoon at Zion Lutheran Church, Clear Lake. Pastor George Strumm officiated. Miss Shirley Rowe was maid of honor.

Kenneth L. Bales, brother of the bridegroom, was bestman. Following a reception, in the parish hall the couple left on a short trip north. Upon their return" they will make their home in Minneapolis. The bride was graduated from Clear Lake High School and from Hamilton's'School of Commerce Mason City.

She has been em ployed by Equitable Life Insurance of Iowa at Mason 'City The bridegroom was graduatec from Huron High School, Huron S. after he served four years in. the-Air Force. He-wa this year from Mason City Junior College- and will, entei the University' of Minnesota thir fall. I Cradle Roll fi Program Held CLEAR LAKE A cradle roll program was given at the' Jun meeting- of Women's Missionar Society in Zion Lutheran Churc parlors.

Mrs. Dorance Rosendahl, cradl roll secretary, was in.charge of the program, Mrs. Charles Ben- 2 der gave a lesson, "The Christian Rejoices in Co-Workers." Hymns were sung by. the woman's chorus ig and cradle roll children. Mrs.
