Goodrich, administrator of the estate of P. J. Goodrich, late of Troy, has reported the sale of a half interest in a property on South Short street, Troy, to Harry E. Goodrich for $3,250, The sale has been approved by the court. The will of Samuel Berryhill, late of Covington, has been admitted to probate.

The real estate is bequeathed to the widow, Jennie E. Berryhill, during her lifetime or until she remarries. In addition she given the personal property in fee simple except the stock owned in the J. A. Lonk company, the Ohio National Life Insurance company and the Citizen's National bank of Covington.

Former Piqua Pastor Is Dead in Illinois PIQUA, March A. Kerr, of this city, has received word of the death of his father, the Rev. James E. Kerr, retired United Presbyterian minister at his home in Mommouth, Ill. In 1924 the aged minister fractured a hip in a fall and shortly after recovering fell again, fracturing the other hip.

He had been bedfast since. He was a Civil war veteran and served several churches in Ohio as a minister. He resided in Piqua until 15 years ago. Besides William, two other children, ou Minton and Mary, of Mommouth, survive. ANNUAL PIANO CONTEST MIDDLETOWN, March 6.

He 15 survived by three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Shisler, Jane and Mrs. Lillian Lang; six sons, William, Lee, Robert. Charles, Carl and Harold. and one sister, Mrs.
